If you have one or more winning bids in the auction, you have the option of having the lots sent to you via our in-house shipping service at a charge. Please use our shipping form. The estimated shipping costs are indicated for each lot in the auction catalogue on our homepage. Some lots cannot be sent by mail due to their size, weight or condition. In these cases we have composed a list with the contact details of several national and international shipping companies with whom we have been working for many years and whom we can recommend to you.

In case you are not able to attend the auction in person, you can register on our website and bid online via Schloss Ahlden LIVE at the time of the auction. Please note that there is a bidding limit of € 10,000 per auction. You have the option of increasing your bidding limit at least 24 hours before the start of the auction.

On purchases through Schloss Ahlden LIVE there is a buyer’s premium of 27.6%.

For purchases through Drouot and Interencheres a buyer's premium of 28.57% is charged, while on Invaluable, LiveAuctioneers, The Saleroom and Lot-tissimo there is a buyer’s premium of 30.95%.
